Conceived as a possible commissary for food trucks and caterers, our commercial kitchen remodel began to focus on cold prep and non-cooking applications. In April, 2020, we completed an extensive overhaul of a kitchen space that was completely unused and is now a kind of incubator for some of Houston's most talented food manufacturers. We've been amazed to get to know so many entrepreneurs who are making incredible products from scratch. We currently have a coffee roaster, two juicers, an ice cream company, and a sherbet/sorbet company in house making delicious food.
